Arturo holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Miami and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico. He is the Owner and President of DECOL Construction Mexico. Throughout his career, he has served as Sales Engineer for the Goulds Pumps Vertical Turbine Division, International Sales Engineer for the Goulds Pumps IPG Division, International Sales Manager for US Electrical Motors/Emerson Electric for the Caribbean and Latin America, Sales Manager for the Siemens/Westinghouse Engineering Division Florida Operations, and Sales Manager for the ABS/Sulzer Pumps Florida Division.

Matias joins the company with new ideas and a new sense of leadership. He holds a degree in Finance Management from The Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico. He has over 8 years experience in construction management and comes to us from his recent position as the Santos Academy Manager at the Orlegi Group. Matias is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. A team player, Matias holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in the successful completion of countless construction projects.

Luis comes to us with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electronic Engineering and a specialty in Applied Embedded Systems from the Chihuahua Institute of Technology Mexico. Having recently worked as a design engineer for a hand language interpreter using Intel cameras and Matlab software, we believe with Luis’s advanced knowledge in electronics and technology, that Luis is an excellent addition to the team.

Albert is Wastewater Solutions Marketing Director. He hold a bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma of Chihuahua, Mexico. Albert's leadership has given him the opportunity to work as a Supervisor in companies such as Coca-Cola, Mondi Group Packaging and Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua. Also, throughout his professional experience, he has participated in multiple Investigation Centers, like CIMAV, CIAD and CID. Albert enjoys solving large, complex data problems leading to the process of building strong data management systems.

Alejandro holds a Master’s in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua. He brings multidisciplinary experience in operations, procurement, and field services. Most recently, he worked in the U.S. oilfield services industry, operating Hydrovac and fifth-wheel units with a strong focus on safety and logistical efficiency. Previously, he served as a Buyer at Grupo Felder Foods, managing supply purchases, supplier negotiations, and inventory control through SAP. He also held a role at MUESCA, a custom furniture manufacturer, where he performed multitasking duties. Earlier, he worked in construction in Toronto, Canada.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), Mexico, with a specialization in Research & Development and Bioprocesses. He also holds a degree as a Chemical Laboratory Technician.

He brings a strong background in process optimization, lead generation, sales, and business development. Throughout his career, he has led marketing initiatives for government institutions, helping organizations improve sales performance and operational efficiency. He has also served as a consultant to private companies, supporting the implementation of innovative methodologies and business development strategies.

At Wastewater Solutions, Kevin is responsible for identifying and evaluating government, municipal, and private procurement opportunities, managing cooperative contract portfolios, and driving strategic growth initiatives across the United States. He actively develops and maintains relationships with municipalities, consulting engineers, contractors, and public agencies to identify equipment procurement opportunities and expand the company's presence in the public infrastructure market.

His analytical approach to bid evaluation, combined with a strong focus on market expansion, contract strategy, and relationship development, plays a key role in strengthening the company's position within the water and wastewater infrastructure industry.

Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico.

He brings a diverse engineering background, with previous experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, building commissioning, and energy efficiency consulting. Throughout his career, he has been involved in evaluating building systems, reviewing technical specifications, and supporting engineering projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and performance requirements.

At Wastewater Solutions, Joshua focuses on applications engineering, equipment selection, and cost estimating for pumping systems. Drawing on his engineering background, he is committed to providing accurate estimates and reliable solutions that best meet each project's specific needs.

Manuel holds a Bachelor's in Administrative Mechanical Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico, and completed an academic exchange year in Canada. Most recently, he worked as Operations Coordinator at Vizana, where he managed the weekly production schedule, coordinated replenishment with purchasing, led the operational team, and used ERP systems to monitor inventory and operational performance. Previously, he worked as a Quote Assistant at Steel Construction and Services, supporting the preparation and verification of quotes for industrial services with a focus on technical and financial compliance.
